Michelle Gutknecht

Michelle Gutknecht is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at WaterTower OB/GYN since March 2017, Michelle contributes to a private practice dedicated to high-quality OB/GYN care. Additionally, Michelle has been a Human Resources Generalist at the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County since March 2016, focusing on strategic community impact in education, income, and health. Previously, from June 1999 to March 2016, Michelle held the position of Recruitment Specialist at Bank Mutual, where responsibilities included staffing, compliance, and the development of standardized hiring processes.
