Julian High

Julian High currently serves as President and CEO of the United Way of Southern Nevada, holding this position since September 2021. In addition, Julian is President and CEO of J3H Platinum, an executive management consultancy focused on assisting C-Suite executives with talent management, political strategy, and business development, and has been in this role since July 2018. As Principal at Watergate Florist and Design Studio, Julian oversees a high-end event and floral design company from October 2015 onward. Julian also leads J2H Platinum, a consultancy specializing in marketing and business turnaround, since January 2015. Previously, Julian was Vice President of Business Development at Carrington & Carrington, Ltd. and has experience as a field organizer for the Obama 2008 Presidential campaign and Director of Diversity and Human Resources at the Human Rights Campaign. Academic credentials include an A.B. in English from Wabash College, earned from 1986 to 1991.
