Jen Arnold

Jen Arnold, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at United Way of the Midlands since April 2018, Jen oversees the organization's HR functions, including policy development, employee relations, and legal compliance. Previously, Jen held the position of Human Resource Manager at Partnership 4 Kids, managing payroll and handling sensitive employee matters. Prior roles include Operational Manager at ULTA Beauty, where responsibility included training and team development, and Retail Manager and Buyer at Sophia Style, overseeing a staff of 15. Jen's early career included administrative support at the Canadian Embassy. Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa.
