Ian Gordon

Ian Gordon is currently the Vice President of Community Impact & Engagement at United Way of the National Capital Area. Prior to this role, Ian served as the Senior Vice President & Chief Impact Officer at United Way of San Diego County. With a background in youth development and leadership roles in various organizations, Ian has a strong track record of executing strategic plans and driving impactful initiatives. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Howard University and multiple Master of Science degrees in Human Development and Family Studies from Penn State University.
