Courtney Edgcomb has a diverse work experience spanning different organizations and roles. They started their career as an Administrative Assistant at IncredibleFresh Seafood in 2009. From there, they became part of the Bonner Program as a Lead Team member from 2009 to 2012, simultaneously interning at Florida Senior Programs, Inc. in 2012. In the same year, they also worked as a Senior Intern at Bonner Foundation and as a Marchman Assistant at Stetson University.
In 2012, Courtney took on the role of Volusia County Volunteer Coordinator at the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program until 2013. They then transitioned to the United Way of Volusia-Flagler Counties, starting as an Assistant Director of Resource Development from 2013 to 2015, followed by positions as Director of Community Impact from 2015 to 2017, Vice President of Community Impact from 2017 to 2019, and currently serving as the President since May 2019.
Courtney Edgcomb's education history begins with their high school diploma from Lely High School, which was obtained between 2005 and 2009. They then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Outreach Management at Stetson University from 2009 to 2012. After that, Courtney earned a Master's degree in Management from Troy University, which was completed between 2015 and 2016.
