Roderick Cruz

Roderick Cruz is an experienced professional currently serving as the Partnership Development Manager at United Way Winnipeg, a role held since June 2019, which involves engaging with community leaders to implement workplace giving initiatives. Prior to this, Roderick held various positions at The North West Company from November 2010 to May 2019, including Manager of Divisional GM Sales Development and several roles as an Associate and Assistant Category Manager specializing in product procurement, pricing, and marketing strategies. Roderick began the career as a Key Holder/Supervisor at Plessis IGA and gained early experience through internships and a management trainee role. Roderick holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba.
