Paula Kay

Paula Kay has extensive experience in community development and management, currently serving as the State Director for Florida/Bahamas at Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. since September 2018 and as a Senior Manager for Neighborhood Initiatives at United Way Suncoast since January 2016. Previously, Paula was the Community & Partnership Manager at United Way of Tampa Bay, where responsibilities included implementing community impact agendas and conducting needs assessments. Prior to that, Paula served as Grants Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Tampa Bay, managing over $2 million in grant funds. Paula's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Criminology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of West Georgia.
