Kenna Young

Kenna Young is an experienced professional in outreach and prevention, currently serving as the Outreach Manager at United Way since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kenna held positions at the Parents Resource Institute for Drug Education as Prevention Coordinator and Prevention Specialist from August 2019 to September 2022. Experience also includes teaching English at various locations as a Student with YWAM Associates in early 2018, working as a Physical Therapist Technician at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, and performing customer service roles at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and Planet Fitness Headquarters. Kenna began professional engagement as Head Guard at PARA, responsible for emergency preparedness and pool maintenance. Kenna holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science from The University of Alabama, obtained in December 2017, and previously studied at Mississippi College.
