Jackie Doan

Jackie Doan began their work experience in 2005 as a Senior Account Coordinator for National Accounts at Entertainment Promotions. From 2007 to 2011, they served as a National Account Manager at the same company.

In 2011, Jackie worked as a CRM Analyst at Entertainment Promotions, and then joined Kelly Services in 2012 as a Salesforce.com Solution Consultant.

Starting in 2013, Jackie worked at Xede Consulting Group in various roles. Jackie began as a Salesforce Consultant, where they were responsible for requirements analysis, application configuration, and user support. Jackie then became a Senior Salesforce Consultant, leading project teams and managing project delivery. From 2016 to 2018, Jackie served as the Practice Lead of Declarative Development at Xede Consulting Group.

Currently, Jackie is employed at United Wholesale Mortgage as the Vice President of Salesforce since 2018. In June 2021, they transitioned to the role of Vice President of Application Development.

Jackie Doan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wayne State University in the years 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to Salesforce, including Certified Agile Leader for Organizations, Salesforce.com Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Field Service Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified App Builder, Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator, Salesforce.com Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Administrator, and Salesforce.com Developer.
