Darcy Dawson

Darcy Dawson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Communications at UnitedHealth Group since August 2015, Darcy focuses on educating employees about their benefits and the importance of the Employee Value Proposition. Prior roles include Communications Consultant at Microsoft, where marketing strategies for the Answer Desk were developed, and Senior Communications Officer for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, facilitating internal communications for key leaders. Additional experience includes managing systemwide HR communications at Providence Health & Services and employee communications at Expedia. Darcy holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Finance from the University of Washington.
