Puneet Ratti

Puneet Ratti is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in software solution design, development, and implementation. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group since February 2016, Puneet has led initiatives that exemplify modern software engineering practices while mentoring junior team members. Previous roles include Delivery Lead at NIIT Technologies Limited, where Puneet focused on testing frameworks and performance solutions, and Senior Project Lead at E I DuPont India Private Limited, overseeing migrations and automation frameworks.
