Helen Raynor

Helen Raynor currently serves as a Partner Relationship Manager at UnitedHealthcare Global since February 2023. Prior to this role, Helen held the position of Provider Governance Manager at Bupa Global from October 2016 to February 2023, where responsibilities included designing and implementing a governance framework for a global network of healthcare providers and third-party administrator relationships. Helen also worked at Bupa Global as a Provider Contracting Consultant for Europe from April 2009 to October 2016, focusing on negotiating contracts with healthcare providers to ensure excellent customer experiences and access to value healthcare. Helen holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Healthcare Ethics and Law from The University of Manchester (2020-2022), a Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Trent University (2015-2017), and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama Studies and French from the University of Sussex (2003-2007).
