Alison Steen

Alison Steen is an experienced Client Engagement and Relationship Manager at UnitingSA, having transitioned into this role in September 2022. Prior to this, Alison served as Team Leader of Connecting Services at Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc from January 2017 to September 2022. An independent consultant with Arbonne from June 2011 to July 2021, Alison focused on community building through product sales. Alison's extensive background in sales and management includes roles as Inbound Sales Team Manager and Customer Response Team Coordinator at RAA, where leadership of diverse teams was emphasized. Earlier experience includes positions at Galaxy Pay TV, Adrian Brien Automotive, and ANZ, beginning as a Team Leader and spanning various banking and automotive roles. Alison holds a Cert IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology from Tensegrity Training, completed between 2020 and 2021, and obtained their high school education with a focus on French language and literature at Henley High School.
