Ilya Filipau

Ilya Filipau is a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles since 2003. Currently employed at Unitsky String Technologies in the Advanced Research and Development Department, Ilya focuses on the development of technical specifications and mechanical parts for high voltage equipment. Previous positions include work at JSC MAPID, where 3D models and detailed metal structure drawings were created, and EnCata, where design documentation for products was developed. Ilya has also contributed to the design of air purification equipment and cast iron castings across multiple engineering firms. Ilya holds a degree from Belarusian National Technical University and is a certified MTRIZ Practitioner Engineer.
