Andrii Kmetiuk

Andrii Kmetiuk has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrii started their career as an electrician at the Informatively-statistical center of the South-west railway in 2002. Andrii then transitioned into a programmer role at the same company, where they developed software solutions and provided support for approximately 1000 subscribers. Andrii utilized platforms such as Delphi and Lotus and worked on tasks such as installing and configuring clients, managing servers, and handling replication and backup processes.

In 2006, Andrii joined BKC as a programmer, where they focused on developing and maintaining existing software solutions based on Lotus Notes 6.5.

In 2008, they moved to TAS Insurance Group, Inc. as the Head of IT. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the company's IT strategy, budget planning, participating in company projects from the early stages, coordinating the IT department's work, managing a team of 12 specialists, and working with subcontractors and suppliers. Prior to that, they received a Diploma with distinction of junior specialist in the field of Organization of transportation and traffic management from Kiev Railway Transport School in 2002. In 2007, they also obtained certification in Notes Domino 6/6.5 Application Development Foundation Skills from IBM.
