Troy Stark

Troy Stark is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience in operations and project leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Unity Construction since May 2023, Troy previously held the position of Director of Construction at Red Tail Residential from February 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Troy was with Redwood Construction for seven years, advancing through roles such as Vice President of Multifamily Renovations, Regional Construction Manager, and Director of Due Diligence and Insurance Claims - West. Troy began their career as Vice President at III in 1 Construction, Inc. from 2008 to 2015, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership and expertise in the construction industry.
