Michele Fortune

Michele Fortune is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy at Rochester Regional Health, Michele has previously held positions such as Senior Director of HR Operations for the East Region and Executive Director of Human Resources. Prior experience includes roles as HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ultralife Corporation, Market Human Resources Manager at Wal-Mart, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Gannett-New York Newspaper Group. Michele holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Keystone College.
