Silifat Mustapha

Silifat Mustapha, MPH, RN, serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the Standard School of Nursing since June 2022, delivering structured nursing education to entry-level students. Currently, Silifat holds the position of Vice President of Nursing at Unity Health Care, a role commenced in October 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Clinical House Supervisor at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and as Director of Nursing Services at Washington Hospital Center, overseeing various women's and infants' services. Silifat's nursing management experience also includes roles as Nurse Manager at Children's National Medical Center and Assistant Nursing Director at Washington Hospital Center. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing from The Catholic University of America, a Master of Public Health from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island.
