Tracy Hollenbeck

Tracy Hollenbeck is an experienced professional in community integration and support services, currently serving as the Community Integration Specialist Team Lead at Unity House since January 2024. In this role, Tracy works with adults with developmental disabilities, facilitating classes and community activities while managing inventory, budgeting, and documentation. Additional experience includes owning and operating Tula Xii with Tracy, providing residential support at the Franziska Racker Center, and assisting in property management at SEPP Management. Tracy has extensive experience as a Home Health Aide for elderly individuals, has held various administrative roles in accounts receivable and collections, and has worked in management at 7-Eleven and McDonald's. Tracy holds multiple Master's degrees in Forensic Accounting, Human Resources Management, and Criminal Justice.
