Dor Herz

Dor Herz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and digital marketing. Currently serving as the Growth Strategy Team Leader at Unity since July 2023, Dor previously held multiple roles at ironSource from August 2019 to May 2024, including Growth Strategy Team Leader, Growth Strategy Manager, Growth Partnerships Manager, and Growth Operations Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Sales and Marketing Manager at "kedem Design & furniture" and as CEO of the nonprofit association "cat" from February 2018 to April 2019, where responsibilities included fundraising, database management, employee management, marketing, and website design. Dor's career began in the Israel Defence Forces as a Team Leader in the Air Force rescue unit from May 2013 to May 2015. Dor holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar, completed in 2020.
