Javier Busto is a seasoned product designer specializing in XR with extensive experience in leading design projects for prominent companies in the tech industry. Currently, Javier serves as a Senior Product Designer at Unity, focusing on the XR Interaction Toolkit and various AR and VR templates. Previous roles include Creative Producer at Apple, where Javier enhanced the Apple Arcade experience for Apple Vision Pro, and Senior Lead UX Designer at Microsoft, contributing to significant projects such as OceanXplorers and Microsoft Mesh. Javier's design expertise was further honed at Magic Leap, BCD Software, and other organizations, complemented by a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Game and Interactive Media Design from the Academy of Art University and ongoing education in Gamification from The Wharton School.
