Yan Drugalya

Yan Drugalya is a Senior Software Engineer at Unity Technologies since April 2013, focusing on data-driven solutions to enhance test infrastructure and reduce operational costs through the application of Machine Learning algorithms. As Team Lead for the Test Platform Team, Yan defines technical direction and improves internal development velocity. Previously, Yan contributed as a Software Developer in various roles, developing tools to boost QA/R&D productivity and creating performance testing frameworks. Prior experience includes software development and project management at CloudIt and significant roles at Lohika, where Yan was involved in reverse engineering network protocols and enhancing application lifecycle management tools. Earlier career highlights include technical leadership and feature development for systems at The Product Engine and Delphi development at rimisis. Yan holds a Specialist degree in signals processing and computer science from Odessa National Polytechnic University.
