Fay Maddock

Fay Maddock is an accomplished analyst at Unity Insights since November 2021, specializing in the measurement and performance analysis of various workstreams, management of benchmarking processes, and automated data systems. Prior experience includes roles as a well-being content writer at WellBe, a catering assistant at Bar Uno, and customer service positions with Co-op and Lush. Fay has also participated in a significant data collection project in collaboration with Oxford University focused on anti-bullying interventions and served as a presentation mentor for undergraduate Psychology students. Fay holds a Master of Science in Psychological Research and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bangor University.
