Tapan Roy

Tapan Roy is an experienced site manager specializing in maritime operations, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Site Manager at UNIVAN SHIP MANAGEMENT LTD since April 2014, Tapan has previously held the position of Owners Representative at Great Eastern Shipping from July 2015 to September 2016 and served as Site Manager at Graig Shipping plc from January 2011 to June 2013, overseeing a 25,000 DWT Heavy Lift MPP vessel construction. Earlier roles included working with North East Consulting Company in Hiroshima, Japan, from January 2008 to November 2010. Tapan holds a B-Tech (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, completed in 1977.
