Brandon Lyssy

Brandon Lyssy has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Brandon started their career at Communities In Schools of Houston, where they served as a Director/Project Manager/Case Manager, overseeing program service offerings and managing budgeting requirements. After that, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Reliable Reports, conducting field inspections and compiling consultation observation reports.

Lyssy then transitioned to PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLC., where they held the position of Manager - Communications & Change Management. Brandon led communication strategy, stakeholder management, change and program effectiveness, marketing, and project management. Additionally, they served as the business unit communications leader and change management strategist.

Next, Lyssy joined Nexeo Solutions, LLC, as a Sr. Manager - Strategic Marketing, where they were responsible for managing a centralized strategic marketing team and overseeing market research, content strategy, demand generation, and digital marketing efforts.

Currently, Lyssy works at Univar Solutions as the Director Global Engagement & Inclusion. In this role, they lead a cultural transformation by developing employee engagement initiatives and advancing diversity and inclusion throughout the organization. Brandon is also responsible for enhancing the employee experience through the development of reward & recognition programs and increasing global synergy.

Throughout their career, Lyssy has been a thought leader in culture and organizational development. Brandon has consulted leaders on workable solutions that engage teams and produce results.

Brandon Lyssy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor from 1995 to 1998. Brandon then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Strategic Leadership at Amberton University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from PwC in 2007.
