Renani Gomes

Renani Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Currently, at Univar Solutions, they hold the position of Vice President HR, Sustainability and Communication - Latam, a role they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources Latin America at Univar Solutions from May 2015 to October 2022. Before joining Univar Solutions, Renani worked at Tetra Pak as the Total Reward Team Leader - LATAM from February 2011 to May 2015. Renani also gained experience as the Sr HR Mgr at ESTADÃO from May 2009 to February 2011. Renani started their career as an Independent HR Consultant in June 2007, and also worked as the Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager at Natura from December 2005 to May 2007. Renani served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Avon from July 2000 to November 2005. Renani began their career at Eli Lilly as a Compensation Associate from April 1998 to June 2000. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever as an Assistant Compensation Manager from April 1995 to August 1997. Renani's earliest work experience was as an Intern at Dow Chemical from 1990 to 1991. Throughout their career, they have held various HR roles with a focus on compensation, benefits, and human resources management.

Renani Gomes completed a BS in Economics from USP - Universidade de São Paulo from 1990 to 1995. Later, in 2004 to 2005, Renani pursued an MBA in Gestão Empresarial from BSP.
