Jennifer Ladowski is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in enrollment operations, retention management, and program coordination. Currently serving as the Manager of Enrollment Operations - Government Programs at Univera Healthcare since August 2023, Jennifer previously held the role of Retention Manager at Fidelis Care, focusing on improving membership retention strategies. Prior experience includes key positions at Independent Health, where Jennifer served as Program Manager for Health Care Services & Population Health Management and managed business process training initiatives.
