Marilyn Turner

Marilyn Turner has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Sr Loan Closer at Universal American Mortgage Company (UAMC) since September 2013. In this role, Marilyn coordinates and prepares closing instructions, Closing Disclosures, and closing document packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. Prior to UAMC, Marilyn worked as a Closer 3 at Academy Mortgage Corporation from August 2016 to November 2016, and as a Sr Closer at Chase from July 2009 to April 2012, performing similar responsibilities in each position. Marilyn's academic background includes attendance at Phoenix College from 1979 to 1980.
