Michaela Anderson

Michaela Anderson is currently a Principal Research Associate at Universal Cells since April 2022. Prior to this role, Michaela held positions as a Research Scientist III at Seattle Children's and as a Research Scientist/Engineer at University of Washington. With a Master of Science in Clinical Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, Michaela has a strong background in molecular diagnostics, research, and laboratory techniques. Michaela's experience includes extensive hands-on training in clinical microbiology through various internships and research fellowships. Michaela has consistently shown expertise in RNA/DNA extraction, PCR assays, quality control, and lab organization while adhering to industry guidelines.
