Peter R. is the Founder & CEO of The Compass School, a non-profit private school accredited through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Peter has been in this role since 2016 and has had the privilege of teaching students from 10 different countries across 4 continents. Peter utilizes leading education pedagogy and technology from the United States and abroad to provide a premium K12 virtual school program and academic services to support their students and their families. In 2021, they also became the Founder of CreateYourScholarship.org.

Peter R. earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Syracuse University - Maxwell School between 2007 and 2010.
