Bill Buczek is an experienced professional in wood preservation and business development, currently serving as Manager of Wood Preservation and Business Development Manager for Performance Formulation Solutions at UFP Industries since May 2003. In these roles, Bill Buczek is responsible for identifying new customers and markets, executing strategic growth plans, and overseeing the manufacturing, sales, and design of products. Previously, as a Senior Wood Technologist, Bill Buczek provided technical assistance, ensured compliance at treating facilities, and conducted research on product efficiency and quality. Bill Buczek began their career as a Summer Intern at Michigan State University, where responsibilities included setting up a wood plastic extrusion machine and preparing instructional materials.
