Krystal Teague

Krystal Teague is an experienced customer service professional with a career spanning over three decades in the furniture industry. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Universal Furniture since July 2020, Krystal previously held the position of Customer Service Supervisor at the same company. Prior to this, Krystal was a Customer Service Manager at Hickory Chair Co for nearly 24 years, and began as a Customer Service Representative at Highland House Furniture from 1992 to 1996. Krystal is an alumna of Alexander Central High School.
