Joel Houwer

Joel Houwer has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Joel started their career at Aramark Facility Services in 2004, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2007. Joel then transitioned to Lake St. Landscape Supply, where they served as an Operations Manager from 2007 to 2010.

In 2011, Joel joined Universal Lending and took on various roles. Joel started as a Licensed Mortgage Banker and later became a Marketing Technologies Specialist. In this role, they implemented marketing systems and provided training and support to sales personnel. Since 2017, Joel has held the position of Director of Marketing Technologies at Universal Lending, where they direct the strategy and features of the company's technologies and manages their marketing and sales systems.

Joel Houwer attended North Park University from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator from NMLS in November 2011.
