Stephanie Amorim

Stephanie Amorim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal and external auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Internal Audit Analyst at Universal Music Brasil since July 2022, Stephanie previously held the position of Internal Control Analyst at VTEX, where responsibilities included process mapping, preparation of internal controls, and ensuring compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. Prior experience at KPMG Brasil as a Senior External Auditor involved oversight of financial statement audits for major clients such as Petrobras, Transpetro, and Boskalis do Brasil, demonstrating expertise in complex auditing procedures and the application of Brazilian and International Accounting Standards. Stephanie's career began as an intern at Volkswagen Caminhões e Ônibus, and academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, complemented by an MBA from Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão and further education at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
