Alicia Viscount

Alicia Viscount (Engelmann) is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. Currently, as Senior Director of People Operations at Universal Music Group since April 2020, Alicia oversees strategic HR initiatives. Prior to this role, Alicia held multiple key positions at Activision Blizzard from February 2016 to April 2020, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and Global HR Operations Manager, where significant projects such as the global implementation of Workday HCM and improvements in compliance and efficiency were achieved. Alicia began a 12-year career at Northrop Grumman in various roles within talent acquisition, demonstrating consistent promotions and increasing responsibilities.
