Alejandro Sosa

Alejandro Sosa has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Alejandro is currently serving as the VP of Accounting and Finance at Universal Music Latin Entertainment since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Director at WK Entertainment from 2021 to 2022. From 2016 to 2021, Alejandro served as the Corporate Financial Controller at Best Buy. Alejandro also gained valuable experience as the Finance Director Mexico at Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. from 2015 to 2016.

Alejandro has a long-standing association with Universal Music Latin Entertainment, where they held various roles. This includes serving as the VP Finance & Administration UMLE Mexico from 2011 to 2015, Director of Finance and Administration in 2011, and Financial Planning Manager UMLE USA from 2010 to 2011.

In addition, Alejandro worked at St. John Knits as the Financial Planning Director and Wholesale Controller from 2009 to 2010, and as the Financial Controller from 2006 to 2009. Alejandro also gained experience at Jafra Cosmetics, where they held multiple roles including Reporting Supervisor Jafra Mexico from 2005 to 2006, Sr. Financial Planning and Reporting Analyst WW from 2002 to 2005, Financial Reporting Analyst from 1998 to 2002, and Finance Analyst from 1996 to 1998.

From 1994 to 1998, Alejandro Sosa attended Universidad Panamericana where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Finance. Alejandro continued their education at the same university from 1998 to 1999, pursuing a Graduate degree in International Finance.
