Bill Hayden has extensive work experience in strategic management and marketing. Bill started their career in the US Navy as an Operations Specialist. Bill then worked at Arthur Andersen Technology Solutions as a Senior Application Developer before joining IBM as a Marketing Manager. Bill went on to work at Walt Disney World in various roles, including Manager of Marketing & Sales Strategy and Planning. Bill later joined The Walt Disney Company as Director of Internet Strategy. After that, they worked at HRToolbox, Inc. as Vice President of Marketing, Finance, and Client Services. Bill then moved to Royal Caribbean International, where they held roles such as Director of Relationship Marketing and Associate Vice President of Marketing Planning & Strategy. Bill then joined Universal Orlando, where they served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales Strategic Planning and Integration, as well as Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President of Strategy, Insights & Brand Management. Currently, Bill is the Chief Strategy Officer and EVP at Universal Parks & Resorts, leading the development of global brand strategies and marketing initiatives.

Bill Hayden has a strong educational background with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hayden holds the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the State of Florida, which they acquired in May of 1994. However, it is worth noting that this certification is currently inactive.
