Chris Bourgeois is an accomplished Industrial Engineer with expertise in business analytics and continuous process improvement. Currently serving at Universal Destinations & Experiences since March 2022, Chris has received the 2023 Q1 Excellence in Leadership award. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, where Chris supported a global energy client through digital transformation and decarbonization projects. Educational achievements include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. Additionally, Chris has extensive involvement in educational roles, assisting undergraduate students, conducting campus tours, and leading initiatives to enhance community engagement among National Merit Scholars.
