Courtney Horton

Courtney Horton is an accomplished Associate Industrial Engineer currently employed at Universal Destinations & Experiences since January 2023, following a role as an Industrial Engineering Co-Op at Universal Orlando Resort. Courtney gained valuable experience as a Business Intelligence Intern at LSQ and served as a College of Business Student Ambassador at the University of Central Florida, enhancing student engagement and organizing events. A summer internship at Women's World Banking involved research into financial inclusion barriers and survey programming for over 40 organizations. Additionally, Courtney participated in the Next Externship Program with Equitable Advisors and provided care as a Care Partner at Addington Place of Titusville. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics, with a Minor in FinTech from the University of Central Florida, and an Associate of Arts from Eastern Florida State College.
