Dan McLear has extensive work experience in marketing science, analytics, and digital media. Dan most recently worked as an Assistant Director of Marketing Science at Universal Destinations & Experiences, where they were responsible for integrated analytics, media analytics, and ad operations. Prior to that, they held positions as a Senior Manager of Marketing Science and a Manager of Digital Media Analytics at the same company.

Before joining Universal Destinations & Experiences, McLear worked as an Online Advertising Operations Specialist at Bonnier Corporation and as a Digital Account Relationship Specialist and Digital Product Specialist at Gannett. Dan began their career as an Advertising Account Executive at The State News.
