Fernando Flores has a wealth of experience in the travel and tourism industry. Fernando started their career as the Mexico-Country Manager & Senior Consultant for InfoAmericas, a consulting firm focused on Latin American market entry strategy. Fernando played a crucial role in the company's expansion into Canada, USA, and Brazil and was eventually appointed as the Managing Director for Mexico.

Fernando then joined InfoAmericas (now Americas Market Intelligence) again as the Director of the Travel & Leisure Industry Practice. Fernando successfully developed the consulting practice and managed assignments for clients such as Expedia, World Bank, and American Express.

Afterwards, Fernando worked with Grupo Posadas (Fiesta Americana & Caesar Park) where they held various positions. Fernando served as the Manager of the North America Group Desk, then as the Regional Director of Sales for Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Fernando surpassed revenue goals despite challenges, including hurricane Wilma, safety perception issues, recession, and H1N1. Additionally, Fernando directed the International Wholesale division, developing relationships with tour operators, OTA's, and consolidators globally.
