Lena Wei Na Lee

Lena Wei Na Lee has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Lena Wei Na started their career as an intern at Panorama Hospitality in 2005, followed by an internship at the National Basketball Association in 2006. Lena Wei Na then worked as a project employee for the NBA in Beijing, China, and Secaucus, NJ from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Lena joined Resorts World Sentosa and held various positions in park operations and business development until 2017. Lena Wei Na then served as the Vice President of Event Operations at Global Electronic Sports Championship in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, Lena worked at Relevent Sports Group as the Vice President of Operations and Strategic Partnerships.

Most recently, Lena joined Universal Parks & Resorts in 2021, where they held the role of Vice President of Operations at Universal Studios Japan from 2021 to 2022, and they are currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Park Operations at Universal Studios Japan.

Lena Wei Na Lee completed their high school education from 1999 to 2003 at the International School of the Sacred Heart, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Lena Wei Na then pursued further education at William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business from 2003 to 2007, earning a BBA and BA degree. Their fields of study were International Marketing and Kinesiology. In addition to their formal education, Lena also obtained a Hospitality Strategy Certificate from Cornell University in April 2021.
