Steve Riester

Steve Riester has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Steve has held various leadership positions in the travel and entertainment industries. Their most recent role was as a VP Global Pricing at Universal Parks & Resorts, starting in 2020. Prior to that, they served as the VP Finance - Revenue Management at Universal Studios Hollywood from 2018 to 2020. Steve also worked as a Consultant for their own business from 2017 to 2018. Steve had a long tenure at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., where they held the positions of VP International Marketing and Operations, VP Revenue Management and Itinerary Planning, and Director of Revenue Planning and Analysis from 1999 to 2017. Steve also worked as an Internal Business Consultant at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from 1998 to 1999, a Research Associate at IBIS Associates from 1993 to 1995, and a Network Consultant at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1993.

Steve Riester attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Steve then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration Degree from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, specializing in Operations. Steve attended the business school from 1995 to 1997.
