Jose Flores

Jose Flores has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing and electronics industries. Currently serving as a Thermwood CNC Operator at Universal Plastics Corporation since June 2014, responsibilities include setting up fixtures and adjusting coordinates for precise part cutting. Previous roles include a position as a Lead Test Operator for CEM Test Operations at Exelis, where responsibilities involved data analysis, test systems configuration, and quality assurance. Additionally, experience includes work at Custom Car Sound and Mobile Electronics from January 1990 to January 2023. Jose holds a CNC Machinist certificate from Springfield Technical Community College, completed in 2014, and also attended the same institution from 1993 to 1995.
