James Oury

James Oury has a diverse work experience. James is currently a founding partner at Oury Law, where they have been since 2018. In 2020, they became the general counsel at Universal Quantum. In 2022, they founded Alia. Prior to these roles, they co-founded Pact in 2017 and Osiris Labs in 2019. Additionally, in 2017, they served as a director at Gene Solutions, where they focused on discovering new pathways to prevent mental health diseases.

James Oury has a diverse education history. James is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, having completed their studies at ICAEW. James also possesses knowledge in the field of securities and investment, acquired from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI). In addition, James Oury has expertise in UK Law, having studied at The Law Society of England and Wales. Furthermore, they attended Eton College, although it is unknown what specific area of study they pursued there. Alongside their formal education, James Oury obtained a certification in Data Science for Leaders from UC Berkeley Executive Education in June 2019.
