Shih Pin Tan

Shih Pin Tan is a seasoned professional in sales and business development with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Sales Channel AP at Universal Robots since February 2023, Shih Pin previously held the position of Global Account Manager CPG at Rockwell Automation, where responsibilities included formulating go-to-market strategies for key accounts in APAC. Prior to this, Shih Pin was the Country Manager for Singapore at the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Center, focusing on industrial partnerships and technology development. With a solid foundation at Moog Inc. from 1997 to 2016, Shih Pin progressed through various roles, culminating as Head of Sales for Industrial Products in Asia Pacific. Educational credentials include an EMBA from SUNY at Buffalo and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nanyang Technological University.
