Jaia Terry

Jaia Terry is a Senior Project Manager at the Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC), where responsibilities include leading the implementation of changes to the High Cost Program in collaboration with interdepartmental teams and the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to this role, Jaia served as a Senior Program Analyst at USAC, coordinating audit requests and developing tracking tools. Previously, Jaia worked as a Lead Analyst at Telecommunications Development Corp., overseeing a data accuracy audit related to Individual Education Plans in the District of Columbia school district. Jaia began the professional journey as an English Language Instructor at Chungdahm Learning. Jaia holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Savannah College of Art and Design.
