Shallon Thomas MBA, PMP is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and project management. As the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of Thomas & Wynter R&D LLC since January 2014, Shallon has successfully launched the flagship product, twtote, which has gained recognition in prominent publications like GQ UK and on television. In addition to this role, Shallon serves as Operations Manager at Universal Service Administrative Co. (USAC) since June 2018. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton LLP, Quality Engineer II at Engility Corporation, and Quality Assurance Project Manager at L-3 MPRI.
