Maria Amada Lobato, PHR, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Universal Site Services, Inc. since September 2020, Lobato previously held similar roles at CONTRACT SWEEPING SERVICES, LLC, and as Global Human Resources Manager at Singtel, where responsibilities included payroll administration, employee relations, and talent management within a NAFTA/APAC matrix organization. Prior to this, Lobato held progressive HR positions at Osram Opto Semiconductors, contributing to the development of a matrix organization and enhancing HR functions.
