Susan Banks

Susan Banks has over two decades of experience in contract management and analysis within the defense and technology sectors. Currently a Source Selection Analyst at Universal Solutions International Inc. since January 2014, Susan specializes in the Army SBIR Program, overseeing the proposal process and selection announcements. Prior to this role, as Contracts Manager at Smiths Detection from 2010 to 2013, Susan managed nearly 50 contracts, including a significant $200M leasing agreement. Between 2004 and 2010, Susan served as a Contracts Representative at EAI Corporation, handling various contract administration functions. Earlier in Susan's career, from 2000 to 2004, experience as a Training Coordinator, Integration Specialist, and Project Coordinator at Aether Systems involved developing training materials and facilitating the integration of services across acquired companies.
